Painting a Linothorax

I have attached a picture of a leather one that I made:

1. the edges of the major body plates generally had a contrasting border, as did the shoulders. (black, or gold, or white?)
2. there was usually a thicker band of color around the waist
3. the bottom ends of the ptruges had a matching band of contrast at the bottom tip
4. there was often a band of decoration across the center of the chest - in the pic I sent to you this band is brass.
5. there was generally a bold decoration at the ends of the shoulders where they tie to the chest (in the pic they are brass) and just above that point a painted decoration (in the pic it is a 4 pointed star)
6. there were smaller decorations: often on the pertuges near the end, just above the color band; or on the body just above the wiast band (in the pic these are the greek flower burst)
